Nikola Petrovic-Njegos is the Senior Architectural and Environmental Adviser. He is based in Montenegro and Paris.
The Crown Prince of Montenegro acts as the fund's architectural and environmental adviser. He has a significant track record from France and Montenegro within his successful Paris based firm. He qualified as an architect and is registered in France. Crown Prince Nikola is a strong advocate of complimentary architecture and natural regeneration. He is extremely well liked and connected politically and commercially in both Montenegro and France. Previous clients have included BNP Paribas and Wafabank, and he successfully founded the UNESCO prize winning Cetinje Biennale of Art.

Julian Kavanagh is a Senior Real Estate Adviser. He is based in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Kavanagh is a qualified chartered surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is currently a Group Director responsible for development for Prime Plc, a UK based company focussed on primary care developments throughout the UK with over £250 million under management. Previously, Mr Kavanagh was responsible for new lettings, lease renewals and rent review for Workspace Group PLC.
